Available Shipping Countries Questions
At present, we only provide all shipping service to Australia, Canada,United Kingdom and United States. If your country is not in we can only provide the expedited shipping for you.

Shipping & Handling
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders with requested expedited shipping must be placed by 11am PST that day in order for the items to be shipped with the requested shipping option. We do ship orders on weekends and holidays as usual.
xaostore is not responsible for incorrect addresses, but, generally we'll contact you to confirm the correct address before shipping once we find your address may be not valid.

International Taxes and Duties
Please note that customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties and custom fees. And packages may be delayed due to customs in some occasions.

Can I Ship To P.O. Box Address?
Yes, but we only can do ship to P.O. box address via EMS Express Mail Service, and it will take about 12 business days of delivery time. If you are not willing to wait too long time, we suggest you'd better use home address.

Can I Ship To APO/FPO Address?
